Press Release Summary: Award Winning Gospel Artist Preparing To Drop New Release In August 2008
Press Release Body: Kyle Bynoe has paid his dues in the music industry. With his production company, he's written for artists such as Tina Turner, Angie Stone and Mary J. Blige. He brought his talents to the gospel music side of the industry and penned hits for Rizen, The Mighty Clouds of Joy, and New Harvest, songs that netted Bynoe Dove Award Nominations, including three in 2008 alone: Traditional Gospel Recorded Song of the Year, Urban Recorded Song of the Year and Traditional Gospel Album of the Year. Bynoe took on the role of artist with his group Kyle Bynoe & Praise with a debut release in 2005. But now Bynoe returns as a solo artist with an urban inspirational single entitled "Favor" from his upcoming release The Kyle Bynoe Project.
Not only is Bynoe stepping out as a soloist with an urban vibe and a message of hope, but he's using his music as a vehicle for outreach. "I just don't want to reach the church, but I want to reach the nations," says the singer. "Although this project is a praise and worship project, I want tap into those who don't normally listen to praise and worship. For me it's about reaching the lost."
It's that desire to evangelize that had the consummate producer and Ossining, New York native record an Old School Mix and a Club Mix for "Favor", in addition to the urban and pop-flavored original. An up-tempo, catchy song about the overwhelming blessing of God, "Favor" is already hitting radio hard, and is heard on stations such as WPZE in Atlanta, WUFO in Buffalo, WNOO in Chattanooga, WNAP in Philadelphia and KTSU in Houston.
A minister of the gospel and a musician since his youth, Bynoe has a long history in the music industry. Formerly signed to an 8-year publishing deal with EMI Music, he was an executive at Waymaker Records. With his production team, Jon Doe Muzic Group, he's written hits for artists such as Will Downing, Christopher Williams, EnVogue, The Winans and Howard Hewett.
The Kyle Bynoe Project, a twelve-track CD, is a mixture of contemporary gospel, urban inspirational, Latin, pop and praise and worship. Produced by Bynoe, Vencott R. Palmer and Kevin Deane, the CD is scheduled for an August 2008 release.
